Inovenow is a B2B platform used to manage startup acceleration and education programs under government contracts in Brazil. I led the redesign of the onboarding and program setup workflows, transforming a complex, manual-heavy process into a scalable experience.

The redesigned platform enabled programs to grow from supporting dozens of startups to 200+ startups per program, run multiple programs in parallel, and reach 10,000+ people across Brazil, while improving operational efficiency and user retention.
